With over 15 years of experience, Musonda Loncwala Chimba is an Eswatini based specialist in the Cultural and Creative Industries, a Prince2 Project manager with extensive experience in research, programme development, and policy development across Africa. Chimba has a research masters degree in music, has successfully led and been a team member developing international markets, conferences and festivals promoting culture as a vector of sustainable social and economic development. She has experience in the roll out of multi-country programmes, focussing on market access and the trade of cultural services as evidenced by her work on the African Creative Economy Conference, the Durban Film Market, MTN Bushfire Festival and numerous programmes as the former General manager of Arterial Network.  Her work experience  encompasses private companies, Non-profit Organisations and Government with added expertise in monitoring and evaluation, advocacy, capacity building, and promotion of artists rights.
